Reservations
Pool pavilion reservations are available upon request.
The pavilions are available to all homeowners who are in good standing. Reservations are available during pool season (May - September). The homeowner who reserves the pavilion must be physically present at the pool throughout the reservation period.
Pavilion reservations include the exclusive use of the selected pavilion space, as well as the tables in that area. Reservations do not include exclusive use of the pool area or restrooms.
Each pavilion has a maximum capacity of 20 guests. Each homeowner will receive 1 FREE pavilion rental per year, additional rentals are $50 per reservation.
